Plein air at Peninsula State Park

Door County Peninsula State Park is one of my very favorite places on earth. I love to hike its beautiful trails featuring enchanting meadows, woodland paths, and shimmering water views. I decided to have a two hour long en plein air painting session from the top of the peninsula to try to capture its spectacular vista. Here’s the result. The painting will be finished in my studio.
