I was born and raised in Poland and my home country will always be deeply rooted in my soul. Having been taught from the early age to listen and to appreciate the beautiful music of our composers, I am drawn to Polish folk melodies, poetry and literature to help spread the beauty of Polish culture into the world.  

I am particularly inspired by the works of Jan Kochanowski, a noted Polish Renaissance poet. To date I have written and arranged 8 different pieces set to Kochanowski's poems both in Polish as well as in English though the wonderful translations provided by Professor Michael J. Mikos.
