Local Pickup (Free)

• Availability: Free local pickup is available for collectors in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.

• How it Works: Select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. Once your artwork is ready, I will contact you directly via email to coordinate a convenient date, time, and location for pickup.

 

Shipping Destinations & Timelines

• Regional Availability: Shipping is available Nationwide only within the United States. International shipping is not offered at this time.

• Fulfillment Time: Each piece of artwork is carefully prepared, packaged, and secured for transit. Please allow up to 7 business days for fulfillment before your order ships or is ready for pickup.

• Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 7 to 10 business days.

Important Shipping Notes

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your artwork leaves the studio.

• Damages in Transit: All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event that your painting arrives damaged, please document the packaging and artwork immediately and contact me within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.

Because of the delicate and unique nature of original oil paintings, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for change of mind.

Damages in Transit

Every package is carefully wrapped and insured for safe arrival. In the rare event that your painting arrives damaged during transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of both the damaged packaging and the artwork. Upon verification of the transit damage, a full refund or alternative resolution will be issued.
