All creative works, custom imagery, original compositions, text records, and digital assets displayed on kingaevnuk.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Kinga Vnuk.

1. RETAINMENT OF REPRODUCTION RIGHTS

The acquisition of an original oil painting, acrylic canvas, wood panel study, or soft pastel work transfers physical ownership of the individual artifact to the collector. However, physical ownership does NOT constitute a transfer of intellectual property or reproduction rights. The artist, Kinga Vnuk, strictly retains all copyrights and reproduction rights to the artwork imagery, including the right to produce future prints, digital publications, archival portfolios, or promotional merchandise of the composition (including but not limited to flagship pieces such as "Cave Point Majesty" and "Ephraim Glow").

2. COLLECTOR USE LIMITATIONS

The collector agrees that the purchased original artwork shall be utilized strictly for private exhibition and personal enjoyment. The artwork may not be scanned, photographed for commercial replication, modified, or reproduced in any digital or physical format for resale, commercial distribution, or institutional marketing without the explicit, written, notarized consent of Kinga Vnuk.

3. DIGITAL ASSET PROTECTION

 All high-resolution imagery displayed across this storefront and inside our digital catalog sheets is digitally protected. Unauthorized scraping, downloading, downloading for the purpose of feeding generative AI models, or hosting studio imagery on external domains is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement under copyright protection standards.
